Preliminary design for a 1,685.000 s.f. mixed use project in Valencia, Venezuela. The development is located on the border of Cabriales river and adjacent to two linear parks. The project responds to the environmental characteristics of the site with a low occupation keeping the landscape along the river connecting the parks. The project includes  multiple uses from commercial and residential to cultural buildings such as:

Shopping Center
Office buildings
Hotel
Residential complex
Museum
Theater and Auditorium
